Lead and grow the real estate sales team to achieve targets and expand the customer base

Tasks
1. Managing team of Frontline Executives, Team Leaders. 5. Maintain a good working relationship with the developers. 3. To procure new business under mandates through business development activities and market intelligence. 7. To ensure daily maintenance of the CRM software as well post sales record maintenance and collections of the entire team. 11.Indulging into marketing activities and analyses the lead mechanism 6. To monitor sales activity towards all client enquiries (inbound & Outbound) of each member of the team with respect to Face 2 Face interaction, Site inspection, Negotiations and finally closures. 2. Responsible to assign sales objectives and achieve monthly sales targets to each member of the team. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Managing, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team. 4. To keep the team motivated through regular one on one discussion and drive sales targets through the same. 9. To ensure the display of proper corporate behavior and etiquette. 12.Coordinate with future business development 8. Budgeting & forming marketing strategy of projects and implementing the same.

What You Bring
Competencies – Excellent communication skills (English), Smart & Presentable, Honesty and integrity. Ability to prepare presentations by analyzing market trends and evolving consumer psychology to drive sales consistently by keeping ahead of the competition. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. Qualification - MBA (Sales & Marketing). 10.core experience of real estate industry Experience – 7 - 9 years’ experience sales/marketing.
