Counter Sales Representative

Assist customers with sales, manage orders, and support warehouse tasks.

Tasks

-Actively stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock request. -Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe and clean environment. -Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintain professional sales demeanor.

What You Bring

-A minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products. -High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Echo Electric. -Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills. -Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting job assignment. -Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships. -Ability to effectively communicate, stay organized and work within a team. -Ability to track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow-up calls. -Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
