Tasks
-Partner with the Director of Preconstruction and estimating teams to develop strategic pricing, value engineering options, and project win strategies. -Serve as the primary relationship manager for Loenbro’s national and enterprise clients. -Monitor client satisfaction, performance trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement. -Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Key Account Managers to align regional execution with national account strategy. -Work closely with the Executive Director of Sales to establish growth targets, forecasting, and performance metrics for national accounts. -Uphold Loenbro’s safety culture, integrity, and values in all business activities. -Lead the RFP/RFQ process and deliver to the client while meeting company standards and processes. -Responsible for developing and implementing win strategies and Go-No-Go process to determine which projects and clients to target. -Gain a solid understanding of the services to be sold and represent that well to the client, bringing in subject matter experts when appropriate. -Represent Loenbro at key national trade shows, industry associations, and client meetings. -Identify and pursue multi-regional project opportunities across all service lines and market sectors. -Coordinate proposal development, client presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses for national pursuits. -Maintain comprehensive account plans, opportunity pipelines, and activity reports within Salesforce CRM. -Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales, operations, and marketing to deliver consistent client experiences across all regions.

What You Bring
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers. -8+ years of experience in business development, key account management, or project sales within industrial or construction industries. -Frequent travel to regional offices, client facilities, and industry events nationwide. -Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and project tracking/reporting tools. -Strong understanding of the industrial and commercial construction market, including capital projects and maintenance programs. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). -Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Willingness to travel across the U.S. to support client relationships and project opportunities. -Proven success managing large, complex, multi-location client relationships. -Frequent travel anticipated. -Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and occasionally visit active job sites with standard PPE. -Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts across multiple regions and service lines.
