Tasks

-Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and supply chain efficiencies. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and systems. -Ensure procurement activities align with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. -Monitor supplier deliverables and escalate issues as needed. -Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including technical evaluations and compliance records. -Provide technical input into procurement planning and supplier selection processes. -Support the development and execution of national procurement strategies aligned with engineering and project delivery goals. -Assist in the preparation, evaluation, and administration of supplier contracts. -Identify potential risks in supply chain and procurement processes and support mitigation strategies. -Work closely with engineering, project, and commercial teams to understand procurement needs and technical specifications. -Collaborate with suppliers to ensure technical compliance and performance. -Provide procurement insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. -Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. -Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract administration, and supplier engagement. -Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Excel, and electronic document management systems. -Minimum 4 years’ experience in procurement within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively across national teams.
