Tasks

-Coordinate design checks, reviews, and approvals, ensuring traceability of comments and actions. -Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining QA/QC procedures and standards for design and documentation. -Review drawings, specifications, and deliverables for compliance with company quality requirements, project briefs, and applicable codes. -Support project teams in preparing design quality plans, checklists, and document templates. -Support external certification, client, or consultant audits as required. -Maintain records of reviews, audits, and lessons learned; contribute to the knowledge management system. -Interface with discipline leads, document controllers, and project managers to ensure proper control of design documents and revisions. -Monitor design verification and validation processes to ensure quality control at every design stage. -Conduct internal quality audits and support corrective and preventive actions to address nonconformities. -Provide quality awareness sessions and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the design teams.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in design quality assurance, document control, or technical review within an architectural, engineering, or consultancy firm. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. -Quality-driven mindset with excellent documentation and communication skills. -Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and manage multiple deliverables. -Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and understanding of design coordination principles. -Familiarity with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 (quality, health and safety, and environmental) management systems and design process workflows. -Proactive, organized, and capable of identifying and resolving quality issues early in the process. -Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of design management tools (e.g., BIM, Aconex, SharePoint, Autodesk Docs) is an advantage.
