Tasks

-Review and verify subcontractor documentation such as insurance certificates, safety records, licenses, and certifications. -Collaborate with internal teams (Safety, Legal, Risk, and Project Management) to review subcontractor qualifications. -Ensure subcontractors meet all company standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations before approval. -Communicate directly with subcontractors to request missing or expired documents and ensure timely updates. -Maintain an accurate and organized database of all qualified subcontractors. -Support vendor onboarding efforts and manage renewal schedules for expiring credentials or insurance. -Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline qualification procedures. -Coordinate the full subcontractor qualification process, including application intake, document collection, and status tracking.
