-Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators -Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best value for the organization -Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment -Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new suppliers and maintain an updated supplier database -Develop and implement procurement strategies specifically for residential construction projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives -Manage the procurement lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring -Work closely with project management teams to assess procurement needs and coordinate resources effectively -Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations

What You Bring

-Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders -Experience working for a Residential Developer or a High-End Consultancy preferred -Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a procurement team -Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage -Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions -Proficiency in procurement software and advanced Excel skills -Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and experience in negotiating contracts -In-depth understanding of market conditions, pricing strategies, and supplier capabilities within the residential construction industry -Minimum of 12-15 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years managing procurement in the residential sector
