Overview

Assist in-house technicians with daily maintenance, repairs, and operation of building systems.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Perform service calls/work orders under the supervision of a technician. -Assist in-house technicians including but not limited to: -General cleaning in mechanical spaces and perimeter induction units -Daily operations/rounds of building systems. -Maintenance in mechanical rooms and rooftops. -Cleanup of equipment in mechanical room and shop. -Assist in the replacement of filters in the HVAC equipment.

What You Bring

-Basic computer usage. -Demonstrated success in contributing to a team -Must have a positive attitude and be willing to assist in any engineering/maintenance task. -Chiller/Boiler tube punching. -Knowledge of basic hand tools. -Some mechanical aptitude. -Excellent interpersonal skills needed.
