Tasks

-Schedule and oversee the work of facilities technicians -Mentor and support the development of other staff -Collaborate and interact with senior staff members on a variety of projects -Conduct testing and consulting services for the built environment, including condition assessments, specialized testing, building envelope consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and repair design, among other facilities-related services -Building Enclosure Testing -Building Enclosure Assessments -Contribute to a variety of teams and enclosure-related projects, from inception to completion, in both new and existing construction -Inspections of Building Enclosures -Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and project deliverables -Promote a safe workplace and proper use of PPE -Building Enclosure commissioning consulting

What You Bring

-B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred -In lieu of education, equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education required. Experience with non-destructive testing preferred. -Demonstrate responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation -IIBEC certified RRO, RRC, REWO, REWC, RBEC are encouraged to apply -0-2 years of relevant building facilities consulting experience required
