Tasks

-Enforce safety, quality, and operational standards -Drive continuous improvement and support planning processes -Maintain compliance with union agreements -Support operators in resolving daily production challenges -Monitor and report production metrics, downtime, and shift handoffs -Partner with HR on performance documentation and recognition -Identify and address safety and environmental concerns -Lead and coach production staff to meet performance expectations

-Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed -Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Proven success in improving on-time delivery performance -Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment -Working knowledge of Adage or SAP systems -Demonstrated problem-solving and data analysis capabilities -Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) -Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with 4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
