Tasks

-Create and maintain vendor scorecards indicating vendor performance on KPIs. -Perform analysis on vendor’s performance and provide recommendations to help increase their profitability. -Cultivate relationships with vendors so they understand, value and continue a relationship with S.A. Comunale. -Support the Account Management teams on procurement for new subcontractors. -Project manage new vendor integrations and enhancements. -Work with vendors to ensure that vendor personnel are adequately trained in a timely fashion. -Work with each vendor to ensure proper licensing and insurance requirements are met. -Provide assistance with escalated problem resolution issues with vendors and account managers. -Develop reporting / establish a mechanism to measure vendor performance as it relates to sales growth. -Provide vendor support from initial activation and continue through new accounts and onboarding. -Evaluate vendor relationships and recommend termination of partnerships based on performance . -Partner with vendors on technical questions, issues and enhancements -Occasional travel to vendor sites and trade shows. -Hold regular Vendor Business Review sessions to help the vendors understand performance benchmarks.

What You Bring

-Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications is required. -2+ years’ experience in a call center or customer service environment is required. -High School Diploma or GED is required. -Strong customer service skills and the ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes is required. -3+ years’ vendor management experience is required.
