Tasks

-Conduct site assessments and structural assessments to determine the feasibility and safety of installations -Design and analyze structural components for solar energy systems, including mounting structures, foundations, and other related systems -Support the construction team with technical guidance and troubleshooting during the installation phase -Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure design integration and compliance with all applicable codes and regulations -Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation for design analysis, calculations, and specifications -Stay updated on industry best practices, technologies, and regulations related to solar energy and structural engineering

What You Bring

-Willingness to travel to project sites as needed -Ability to work collaboratively within teams and communicate effectively -Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail -Professional Engineer (PE) license - MUST HAVE -Must have a valid clean driver's license and the ability to pass a 10-year background check and drug screening -Minimum 3 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably within the renewable energy sector -Strong knowledge of structural analysis software and tools -Familiarity with solar energy systems and their structural requirements -Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
