Tasks

-Maintaining regular and effective communications with clients to develop client / contractor relationships -Prepare and maintain documents like project progress reports, invoices, budget, timesheets, project team deputation records, Project KPI’s etc. -Manage inventory/asset list of all non-human resources, issue register, transit documentations -Conduct regular project control meetings -Maintain all documentation relevant to project (SoW documents, change requests, schedules, risk register etc.) -Support project manager in planning, control and implementation of assigned projects -Coordinate among all functional teams and shared services to get the job done -Perform various tasks assigned on projects or related to operations -Undertake specific projects as instructed by management -Work on arrangements, clearances, project team mobilization/demobilization, travel related tasks -Comply to organizational HR policies and procedures. -As a Project Coordinator, the most crucial aspects of the role include ensuring seamless communication among team members and stakeholders, meticulously managing project timelines and budgets, and proactively addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track. -Administer the relevant project database

What You Bring

-Able to read and interpret engineering GA drawings / blueprints -Intermediate or Expert level knowledge on Project management or scheduling software (e.g. Primavera, MS Project etc.) -Able to understand project specific contractual terms and conditions -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, Peoplesoft ERP, etc -Industrial experience of 5 years, with minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination related activities. -Strong Analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills -Project Management qualification / certification -This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs. -Demonstrates high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned as well as team goals. -Relevant experience of effectively supporting project teams -Ability to communicate / work with multi-cultural team of technicians and engineers for projects -Strong organizing and Planning Skills -Ability to communicate effectively -Graduate in engineering with two years of relevant experience, (preferred in Mechanical or allied branch) -Ability to write accurate and concise communications -Ability to travel domestically and overseas up to 10% of the year. -Ability to work independently in most circumstances and use initiative to propose and implement changes to work practices
