-Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call -Participate in weekly script practice per team standards -Conduct two open houses monthly -Participate in team activities per team standards -Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments -Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology -Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers -Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes -Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home -Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
