Overview
Manage and deliver minor & capital real estate projects from inception to completion.

Tasks
-Be involved with value engineering, buildability analysis and critically review design and documentation to maximise outcomes -Ensure monthly project deliverables are completed, including delivery plans, status reports, cost reports and meeting agendas -Seek advice and collaborate with senior staff in exploring solutions to problems which may arise -Chair weekly project meetings and prepare PCG (Project Control Group) reports and RFP (Request for Proposal) -Contract administration of all vendors in a professional manner -Foster relationships with existing clients to increase JLL’s profile and exposure -Maintain positive relationships will all stakeholders and communicate via actions and example -Represent the best interests of the client from inception to completion of projects -Establish project budget and overall project programme to ensure successful delivery in accordance with client requirements -Create an environment where all team members are encouraged and motivated to contribute

What You Bring
-Experience in managing cost reporting systems -Ability to carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants and authorities -Willingness to assist in preparing project proposals and delivering presentations to secure new work opportunities -Confidence to manage project delivery from inception to closure -Degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management related discipline or related field and 3 years’ experience or a combination of formal education and experience exceeding 8 years, 3 of which must be related to design, construction or project management -Understanding of legal environment within projects with respect to planning, commercial aspects and delivery constraints -Detailed understanding of different project delivery methods
