Maintenance Supervisor

Overview

Oversee daily maintenance, lead technicians, ensure equipment reliability & safety.

Tasks

-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, schedules, and completed work in CMMS. -Troubleshoot escalated equipment issues and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team. -Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and service contracts as needed. -Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians and associates. -Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all equipment and facility systems. -Monitor maintenance performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. -Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company safety policies. -Assign and prioritize maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion. -Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

What You Bring

-Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). -Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. -3+ years of experience in maintenance supervision in a manufacturing environment or industrial environment. -Knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations. -Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. -Experience with CMMS and preventative maintenance programs.
