Senior MEP Planner

Plan and manage MEP programmes for £10‑15m London projects.

Tasks

-Create and manage detailed MEP programmes using Elecosoft Powerproject and/or Primavera P6, ensuring compliance with planning standards and contract requirements. -Conduct site visits, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. -Identify risks and delays early, collaborating with project teams to develop mitigation strategies. -Review subcontractor programmes for alignment and take corrective action where needed. -Lead planning coordination meetings and share insights to improve future project delivery.

What You Bring

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MEP Planner to take ownership of complex schemes, working across 2–3 live projects valued between £10–£15 million each. -Eligible for Security Clearance -Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams -Experience with Bluebeam software -Proven experience delivering major MEP projects -Familiarity with NEC and JCT contract forms -Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject (or willingness to learn)
