- Participate in the interviewing and selection process for recruiting field staff.
- Collaborate with field and lab teams to implement safety and LPS (Loss Prevention System) standards.
- Conduct in-field training for staff and new hires on active projects.
- Support the management of equipment maintenance, calibrations, field files, document control, etc.
- Perform special inspections and testing of construction materials in the field in order to verify conformance to the applicable codes, project plans, and specifications.

- Certifications in the following are required:
- ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician- Grade I.
- Certifications and experience related to Special Inspection and Materials Testing or 4-year degree in engineering, geology, or environmental science, or graduation date within one year of employment.
- ICC Certifications.
- Willingness to travel.
- Nuclear Gauge.
- Proficient in using a tablet.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- General knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook required.
