Tasks

-Provide strategic insights through variance analysis, KPIs, and management reporting. -Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and process documentation. -Coordinate annual audits, statutory reporting, and collaboration with external auditors. -Partner with FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. -Manage preparation of internal and external financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across multiple entities. -Oversee global accounting operations, including month-end close, financial consolidation, and reporting under US GAAP. -Lead system improvements, ERP optimization, and process standardization across regions.

What You Bring

-Expertise in US GAAP, financial consolidation, and audit coordination. -Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the business. -CPA and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. -15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with leadership in a global or multi-entity environment. -Strong technical systems skills and a track record of driving process improvements.
