Tasks

-Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of procedures, system configuration and repair records. -Conduct system upgrades as required to enable system functionality and security. -Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, contributing to their ongoing development. -Collaborate with team members and across departments to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system and network-related issues. -Monitor system and network performance, addressing and rectifying issues or anomalies as they arise. -Liaise with external vendors for problem resolution, as needed.

What You Bring

-Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. -Respond to escalated issues from 1st level support, including technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency in a range of computer systems, networks and software, particularly those in use by the company. -A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in IT support roles, with a focus on 2nd level support. -Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. -Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
