What You Bring

-Significant technical expertise in either Civil Engineering (industrial and commercial site development, site grading, storm water management, erosion and sediment control, site permitting, sewer design, parking, lighting) and/or Environmental Engineering (potable water treatment, landfill capping/lining, SWPPP, SPCC, water quality) -Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to com pany and client policies. -Leadership: Demonstrate technical and personnel leadership, providing resolution to technical issues, and support growth and development of staff. Contribute to Business Goals by meeting budgeted billable time -Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship. -Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail -Typically requires 3+ years of experience as a civil engineer -Strong coordination and team building skills; demonstrated ability to work across disciplines, divisions, and teams -Required as needed to travel (anticipated as a 10%-15% average time) to client sites for project and/or site meetings -Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, E.I.T. certification a plus -Excellent verbal communication skills; Comfortable and effective communicator with team, clients, peers, and management, choosing the right mode of communication for the situation and relaying the right message -Problem solving and general scientific evaluation skills -Strong storm water management, erosion control, and site-civil permitting skills are required -Technical Experience: Possess land development and engineering consulting experience within public and private markets such as federal, power generation, and nuclear sites and/or private sector developments, brownfield sites, and renewable energy sites
