Overview

Tasks

-Supervise and mentor R&D staff. -Ensure compliance with FDA, EPA, and cGMP regulations. -Develop and optimize formulations. -Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain technical documentation. -Manage scale-up processes and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.

What You Bring

-Strong regulatory knowledge and analytical skills. -Experience in relevant industries such as personal care -Leadership skills preferred. -8+ years of formulation experience or 5+ years with a Master's degree. -Ability to multitask and transfer formulations from bench to pilot, troubleshooting manufacturing processes. -Excellent project management and communication abilities. -Proficiency with instruments such as pH meters, viscometers, FTIR, and HPLC. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
