Tasks

-Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers -Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently -Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developments -Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions -Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings

What You Bring

-Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable -Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency -Able to work Thursday through to Monday 11am-6pm (our busiest times!) -Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
