-Capture & update all actions in SFDC -Review contract performance. -Create proposal through CPQ / pricing tools / Service selection tool -Review for proposal prior to customer submission -Review and understand the PPM Reports and MRF for labor and material jobs -Call/e-mail customers with outstanding / soon to expire proposals -Outbound calling for follow up -Review current / expiring contracts
-Experience working with a CRM database -Demonstrated ability to influence account decision makers at key levels -Quick quotation preparation. -3 Years minimum experience in sales/estimation in Security and Building Technology Industry -Technically strong in design & Estimating of CCTV, ACS, Gate barrier, ANPR and Physical security system. -Ability to rapidly build knowledge of Johnson Control’s product lines, Axis, Pelco and Hanwha -Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Word -Track record of over-achieving goals -Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent
