The Automotive Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the fleet sales segment by assisting corporate clients and businesses in purchasing new and used vehicles in bulk. This role involves understanding the unique needs of business clients, providing tailored vehicle solutions, negotiating terms, and finalizing fleet sales transactions. The consultant is expected to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional B2B customer service, and maintain a high level of product knowledge. Educate business clients on the technical aspects, performance, and maintenance of fleet vehicles. Collaborate in the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies targeting the fleet segment. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize fleet sales and profitability. Engage in proactive follow-ups with potential and existing corporate clients. Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and company policies relevant to fleet sales. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all transactions and interactions with business clients. Proactively reach out to potential business clients to establish relationships. Provide management with insights on customer preferences, market demands, and potential growth opportunities in fleet sales. Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and emerging technologies in the fleet sector. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, fleet-specific features, and technological advancements. Understand and assess the specific vehicle needs and requirements of businesses. Prepare, present, and finalize fleet sales contracts in coordination with financial teams.
