Tasks

You’ll create impactful, hands-on learning experiences and real-world case studies that strengthen sales effectiveness and support business goals. -Design and develop sales-focused training materials and programs. -Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences. -Develop content using PowerPoint and Articulate (experience with AI-based tools a plus). -Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. -Collaborate with stakeholders to understand sales processes and translate them into practical training solutions.

What You Bring

We’re seeking a Training Development Manager to design and develop engaging sales training content focused on sales processes and enablement. This short-term, high-impact opportunity is ideal for a professional with a strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles who can quickly ramp up and deliver results. -Strong understanding of sales processes and terminology. -Proficiency with PowerPoint and Articulate. -1+ year of experience related to sales processes or sales enablement (preferred). -Personal laptop preferred (equipment can be provided if needed). -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Adapt training to different learning styles and delivery formats, including hands-on activities and case studies. -4+ years of experience in instructional or training design.
