Develop and execute hospitality strategies for Qiddiya City, overseeing assets and alignment.

Tasks

-Monitor portfolio and project performance by reviewing hotel performance data and analysis -Collaborate with senior leadership to align hospitality strategy with broader corporate goals -Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on strategic analysis, market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis -Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure progression of project milestones, and deliverables and assist with project support as required -Prepare strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive decision-making -Assist in the preparation of business cases, briefing documents, and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management -Prepare hospitality growth strategies, including brand positioning and asset optimization in collaboration with senior team members -Build and maintain strong relationships with leading operators, investors, and strategic partners communicating strategic objectives and commercial framework -Coordinate cross-functional inputs (development, design, finance, operations) to ensure alignment with project requirements

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred -Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality asset management or strategy roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
