Tasks
-Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners -Track and analyse key performance metrics -Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies and tactics -Develop and implement business development strategies -Undertake occasional international travel to visit client facilities, strengthen partnerships, and support key negotiations -Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients across multiple regions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction -Identify, target, and acquire new clients -Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive efforts towards business growth -Provide regular reports and updates to senior management -Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape

What You Bring
-Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally and internationally -Understanding of marketing, budgeting, and financial analysis -Excellent presentation and communication skills -Skilled in building relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders -Knowledge of project management, CRM software, and sales analytics tools -Proven experience in a Business Development role -Experience within the built environment (highly desirable) -Proven ability to develop strategies, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth -Experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
