Tasks

-Drive process improvement and lead adoption of standard Management Model processes and procedures, which deliver sustainable top quartile cost and performance levels. -Partner with business clients to justify and prioritize small project investments and manage the delivery and execution of small projects while ensuring top quartile levels. -Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel. Promote diversity and foster teamwork, collaboration, and a learning organization. -Manage the maintenance, support, and minor enhancement of applications and systems of a product portfolio that delivers world-class performance and service. -Maintain relationships with business areas and clients, ensure business processes and requirements are identified and well understood, facilitate committees and forums that drive investment and technology strategy for the supported product portfolio - requires extensive domestic and international travel

What You Bring

-Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, colleagues, and customers -Supervisory or managerial experience -Understanding of the power and natural gas markets, including key trading workflows, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FERC, NERC). -Experience and deep knowledge of foundational business processes -Ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences including investigators, senior management, team members and others -Experience with the IT support and architecture for Monarch and other trading and scheduling platforms. -Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a Technical field, and 10 years of relevant experience -Master's Degree in Information Systems -Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience -10-years supervisor/management experience -Understanding of the technical requirements for power and gas dispatch functions, including market connectivity, data feeds, and real-time operational systems. -Leadership, management, and/or project management experience -Technical, analytical, consulting and organizational skills along with strong demonstrated oral and written skills -Strategically lead during periods of ambiguity and change and balance multiple priorities
