The Role

Overview

Manage foundation projects, coordinating teams, budgets, schedules, and client relations.

Tasks

-Administer contracts and subcontracts. -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues. -Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. -Manage revenue, cost, and cash flow. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. -Perform scheduling of the project. -Oversee temporary engineering and permanent design management. -Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. -Assist in operations planning. -Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of foundation construction projects. -Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to ensure project success. -Ensure quality control. -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Handle project closeout and client relations. -Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications.

What You Bring

-Ability to read, analyze, and identify discrepancies in engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents. -Willingness to travel and relocate within the Gulf Coast region as needed. -Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time. -Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. -5+ years of work experience in construction or engineering. -Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives. -Regular, reliable attendance -Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent). -Preferably, experience with augered cast-in-place (ACIP) piles is required, though not required. -Proficiency in project management software and tools. -Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity. -Experience managing engineers. -Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
