The Role

Primary contact for employees/visitors, delivering concierge and reception services.

Tasks

-You will execute concierge services in compliance with SLA requirements, standard processes, and professional brand standards -You will manage visitor registration through the client's web-based system tool and collaborate with on-site facilities teams -You will serve as the primary point of contact for client employees and visitors, handling inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback -You will create and distribute security badges through the client's proprietary web-based system and monitor badge access systems -You will promote the site using social media platforms like Teams and Engage, showcasing events, activities, and successes -You will conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services delivery to ensure SLA compliance and performance metrics -You will provide onboarding support, order office supplies, and maintain inventory stock management

What You Bring

-You should have experience using Canva for creative content development -You must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills for client-facing interactions -You must have the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail -You must possess strong organizational skills and professional demeanor -You should have familiarity with social media platforms for workplace engagement -You must be adaptable and committed to continuous improvement of service performance -You must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Outlook Calendar Management, Excel, and PowerPoint -You should have experience in reception, concierge, or customer service roles -You must demonstrate collaborative skills to work with facilities teams and other Hub sites -You should have understanding of workplace experience and facilities management concepts -You should have knowledge of visitor management systems and security protocols -You must have experience with digital systems and web-based management tools
