Overview
Sell Automated Logic services to owners, build relationships, meet sales targets.

Tasks
-Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer. -Leverage State and Utility incentives to enable the customer to access funding for projects and services. -Leverage sister companies to grow our business. -Manage and grow assigned territory or group of accounts through the sales of Automated Logic's product, systems, and services offerings. -Develop new customers. -Collaborate with internal staff to deliver quality results. -Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service. -Achieve annual sales and gross margin targets. -Conduct customer needs assessments and sales proposal estimates and specifications to promote products and services. -Utilize sales tools effectively (CRM, estimating software, etc.) to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunity within accounts. -Create account plans for major customers and develop an internal team to drive objectives.

What You Bring
-Ability to create and close projects and service agreements based on customer needs. -Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills. -Excellent Qualifying skills. -Strong interpersonal skills. -Microsoft Office Suite. -Completed previous internship with Carrier/Automated Logic Corporation and 2+ months of hands-on sales experience -Demonstrated ability to influence customer's key decision-makers. -Bachelor’s Degree -Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory. -Must be self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives.
