Tasks

-Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining exceptional quality standards. -Work on prestigious projects in some of London's most sought after areas. -Overseeing 2-3 concurrent projects, depending on size and complexity. -Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. -Collaborating closely with project teams to manage procurement, valuations, and cost reporting.

What You Bring

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established construction contractor specialising in high end residential refurbishment and fit out projects across Central London. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills. -Strong understanding of high value refurbishment and fit out projects. -Working both on site (2-3 days per week) and from the office (remaining days). -Experience of 2 stage projects -Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the prime residential sector.

Benefits

Salary: £80,000 - £105,000 per annum + package -Generous benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays -Competitive salary and the opportunity to progress your career with a stable and respected employer.
