Aftersales Future Technology Intern

Overview

Support aftersales tech strategy for heat pumps, analysing data & improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Liaise with external service providers. -Bringing fresh eyes and new ideas to existing ways of working and contributing to the culture of continuous improvement. -Generate key business performance reports. -Collate and analyse trends to deliver timely, relevant and accurate data to key stakeholders as required. -Support the mapping, development, and implementation of process improvements within the aftersales function. -Prioritising and completing urgent tasks and longer-term project work. -Develop and co-ordinate training and communication activities for process changes within the aftersales function.
