Overview

Administer NetSuite ERP, support finance systems, improve reporting and ensure data integrity.

Tasks

-Assist in the development of corporate financial reporting packages and budget templates. -Provide end-user training and support to ensure system adoption and efficiency. -Ensure compliance with ITGC and internal controls documentation. -Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP and other finance systems (e.g., MS Dynamics SL, Azure Data Warehouse, Power BI). -Maintain service level expectations and manage work intake processes effectively. -Collaborate on financial systems projects, including testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. -Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes by refining and automating workflows. -Document business processes, stakeholder requirements, and testing protocols. -Lead harmonization efforts to consolidate disparate ERP systems into a unified platform.

What You Bring

-Proven experience with NetSuite implementation. -Post secondary degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. -Strong understanding of business processes and supporting technologies. -Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. -3-5+ years of experience as a Functional, Data, Application, or Administrator. -Familiarity with OneStream, Oracle Hyperion EPM, Deltek Costpoint, Power BI, or MS SQL Server -Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. -Solid aptitude to understand and resolve complex issues, and excellent customer-service skills.
