What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license required -Excellent organizational and project management skills -Associate’s degree in Engineering Science, Construction Services or related technical field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred -Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities -Proficiency in construction management software and tools preferred -Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel required -Experience with project management software preferred -Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction -5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role -Effective communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations -PACP (pipe), MACP (manhole), LACP (lateral) certifications preferred
