  • Experience with API integrations, REST/SOAP, and middleware
  • Understanding of ITSM frameworks including ITIL
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Experience evaluating and prioritizing product enhancements
  • Experience translating customer requirements into architectural plans
  • 3–5 years of experience architecting enterprise platform solutions
  • Experience with governance, release management, and change control
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, SPM, IRM, ITOM, BCM
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture including: Application architecture and data models, Integration Hub and Custom Spokes, Service Portal and Catalog design, Workflow and Flow Designer, Performance Analytics and reporting
  • Experience with ServiceNow product specifications and development planning
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT, product engineering, or high-tech industry
