Generate home improvement leads and schedule appointments as a K‑Designers brand ambassador.

Tasks

-This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads using all forms of field marketing. -Memorize and recite script and statements prepared for and provided by K-Designers. -Introduce K-Designers offers to potential and existing customers and schedule appointments for estimates. -Confidently answer questions and respond to objections from homeowners using rebuttals to drive as many leads as possible using training provided. -Get information such as contact details, availability, and signatures from homeowners -Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new Brand Ambassador’s as necessary.

What You Bring

-A valid driver’s license in addition to a clean driving record -Reliable transportation to transport self/event gear to various locations throughout the region. -Previous field marketing, canvassing/door 2 door/outside experience a plus, but not required -Able to lift up to 50 pounds -Transport self to assigned event or territory and work independently while representing K-Designers with the utmost degree of courtesy and professionalism. -High school diploma or equivalent
