-Assist with identifying and sourcing qualified subcontractors when needed -Maintain accurate daily logs, schedule updates, and site documentation -Training sessions: Continuously develop your skills and stay updated with industry trends. -Manage subcontractor performance, safety, and adherence to schedule -Ensure quality control and compliance with project plans, specifications, and codes -Oversee all vertical construction activities, from foundation through finishes -Work with internal teams to forecast and solve field-related challenges proactively -Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work

What You Bring

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the vertical construction phase of an 18-unit single-family residential community. This position plays a critical role in coordinating day-to-day construction activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that the project progresses on schedule and within budget. -5+ years of experience as a superintendent on residential ground-up projects (SFD or multifamily) -Experience in sourcing or qualifying new subcontractors is a strong plus -Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and vertical build coordination -Excellent communication and leadership skills -Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and on-site safety -Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
