-Lead and manage a successful residential sales team, ensuring individual and team targets are met or exceeded. -Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers. -Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to support team development. -Oversee marketing strategy for listings and support brand presence in the local market. -Drive new business generation through networking, prospecting, and referrals. -Ensure full compliance with all property and financial regulations.

They're now looking for someone who can lead from the front, drive sales performance, and continue to grow their presence in the local market. -Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach. -Must hold a full UK driving licence and ideally have a vehicle -A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property sales, with previous team management experience. -Target-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs. -Professional, articulate, and confident dealing with a wide range of clients. -In-depth knowledge of the Wimbledon area or wider South West London property market is preferred.
