-Communicate with management to elevate trends within the business. -Accurately order materials and coordinate service schedules. -Provide customers with world class service, that keeps them coming back -Create an empathetic engagement for the customer experience. -Maintain a high rating for calls graded on quality. -Handle a high volume of customer calls in a dynamic environment. -Meet performance and productivity metrics to deliver high-quality customer support. -Foster a strong work ethic of accountability with a curiosity and willingness to resolve matters. -Support our internal and external stakeholders.
