Tasks
-Lead project teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary staff across engineering, planning, and environmental disciplines -Prepare and review design plans, specifications, reports, and permit applications to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with local, state, and federal requirements -Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional communication, responsiveness, and project satisfaction -Utilize modeling and design software such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, ICPR, and ArcGIS to analyze and simulate water systems -Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and proposals, while managing resources to meet deadlines and deliverables -Conduct and review hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for stormwater drainage, flood control, and erosion prevention systems -Manage and oversee the planning, design, and delivery of complex water resources projects from concept through construction -Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and professional development

Our mission is to design resilient and environmentally conscious stormwater solutions that enhance communities and protect natural resources. -8+ years of progressive experience in water resources, stormwater, or related civil engineering projects -B.S. in Civil Engineering -Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida required -Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential, as is the ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels
