Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and support purchase ledger in SAP.

Tasks

-Raise payments by cheque/BACS. -Investigating purchase ledger queries -Promote a positive & professional image of the department, by adhering to company policies and standards. -Inputting supplier invoices on to SAP -Requesting copy invoices/dealing with invoice queries etc with Supplier via Email -Work as part of a larger team to develop working practices and procedures. -Reconcile monthly supplier statements.

What You Bring

-Have the ability to prioritise work, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and manage business expectations. -Strong Microsoft Excel Skills -Have a strong understanding of HMRCs CIS programme -Have previous experience within a Finance department/processing high volume invoice. -Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work. -Enjoy a challenge, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
