Tasks
-Collaborates effectively with all departments -Contributes to superior project design outcome across multiple projects -Delivers work without errors or omissions -May lead selection of finishes and fixtures -Contributes to and manages project scheduling/resource planning, staffing, budgeting, set up, close out, and profitability -Supports OTJ and consultant invoicing and collections. -Actively leads and mentors junior teammates across multiple projects in any phase -Interfaces successfully with consultants and maintains high client satisfaction -Leads consultant coordination in conjunction with senior architect(s) -Assists with leadership of Studio -Assists in staffing, resource planning, marketing, business development, and collections efforts -Effectively supports leadership through all project phases -Models the OTJ Way -Contributes to writing and review of proposals -Effective researches/problem solves to coordinate development of code compliant designs -Anticipates next tasks and takes initiative to ensure successful project delivery

What You Bring
-Demonstrates ability to delivery projects on budget and schedule -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of architecture or interior design -Working knowledge of building codes -Demonstrates leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members -Advanced Revit proficiency -Intermediate proficiency in Office 365 products (Outlook, Word, -Demonstrates superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and effectively manages time to execute upon assigned tasks within set deadlines (3+ projects at any given time) -Demonstrates advanced technical intelligence in practicing area of architecture and/or interior design. -Proficient in Bluebeam, Plangrid, and Procore -Advanced proficiency in assembly of construction documents -Requires no supervision or guidance from leadership across all project phases -Intermediate level rendering software proficiency (Enscape,Lumion, or other) -Excel, Teams, etc.) -Advanced knowledge of furnishings and finishes if applicable -Communicates clearly with managing team members -Demonstrates clear understanding of all project phases and sequencing -Advanced knowledge of space planning if applicable -7+ years dependent on experience, skillset, and performance -Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency -May oversee all design and drawings, develops space plans, site surveys and related documentation.
