Conduct hydraulic component failure analysis & lead workshop ops to improve product quality.

Tasks

-Use your skills in hydraulics, diagnostics, and technical reporting to identify root causes, improve product reliability, and enhance the customer experience. -Continuously learn and share knowledge to strengthen compliance with ISO and IATF 16949 standards, support audits, and promote continuous improvement in workshop processes. -Collaborate with Customer Quality and Plant Quality to process claims in SAP, follow up with plant quality for analysis / 8D root cause analysis, and provide timely, data-driven feedback aligned with quality KPIs. -Support internal stakeholders by testing warranty-returned components, maintaining workshop test rigs, and ensuring proper operation and calibration of all tools and equipment. -Lead workshop operations and product analysis activities by performing hands-on assembly/disassembly of hydraulic components, conducting detailed failure analysis, and preparing comprehensive inspection reports.

What You Bring

-Ability to work well in cross-functional and multicultural teams, demonstrating ownership, adaptability, and collaboration under tight timelines. -Strong communication skills in English — both written and verbal — with clear documentation and customer-facing capabilities. -Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. -A mindset of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, paired with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach -Experience in hydraulic systems with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on expertise in component-level diagnostics, testing, and failure analysis. -Proficiency in SAP (ERP modules), Microsoft Office Suite, and a solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and related standards (ISO, IATF 16949).
