Overview

Perform QC testing of manufactured roofing products, maintain records, operate equipment

Tasks

-To ensure the quality of finished goods. -Operate table saws, chop saws, calipers and a variety of other measuring devices -Conduct additional CQV testing as required -Perform initial and final quality control testing of manufactured product -Record testing results to quality control forms and databases -Provide feedback of initial testing to the A-Operator for production line adjustments -Maintain the plant’s quality control database. -Maintain the quality control database -Operate a forklift as required -To ensure the accuracy testing methods. -Place non-conforming material on qualify control hold -Maintain the plant’s equipment calibration control program -Maintain the 5S posture of assigned area. -Release finished goods in SAP
