Tasks
The purpose of this position is to train and support project staffs to perform a variety of jobsite administrative duties including, but not limited to, the following: quantity tracking, cost control, scheduling, engineering design implementation, document control, job cost, forecasting, subcontract management, procurement, and material expediting. -Provide project mobilization and closeout support -Report on untimely issuance of subcontracts -Monitor project controls system on projects -Establish a document control process for the project including RFIs, submittals, correspondence, and meeting notes. Provide support for the document control process throughout the project -Assist and review project reporting is in accordance with corporate guidelines -Management, Scheduling, Document Control) -Assist and review project planning and scheduling is in accordance with corporate guidelines -Assist project teams in preparing for successful audits -Setup company standard quantity tracking system -Audit the project’s control systems and ensure compliance with policy -Review Labor Cost Reports at regular intervals and provide overall feedback to Operations -Periodic confirmation that project teams are making contractual notices timely -Review weekly man-hour productivity from Heavy Job and evaluate anomalies -Analyze job cost statements and report on areas of poor cost performance
