-Create and maintain a safe work environment -Assess and repair appliances as needed -Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units -Monitor property for any repairs or replacements that may arise -Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents -Perform preventative maintenance on property
Requirements

What You Bring
-Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required -Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting -1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred -CPO certification preferred -HVAC and EPA experience preferred
