Tasks

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and state engineering standards -Support the delivery of major tenders and strategic pursuits nationwide. -Provide technical expertise during bid preparation and project delivery. -Contribute to technical documentation, design reviews, and value engineering. -Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop winning solutions. -Highway Engineers: Geometric and pavement design, route selection, traffic analysis, safety assessments.

What You Bring

-Significant experience in highways, roads, or structural engineering. -Strong communication and teamwork skills. -Full Australian working rights -Registered or eligible for registration with Engineers Australia (CPEng or equivalent preferred). -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline. -Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Civil 3D, OpenRoads, MX, Revit, AutoCAD). -Demonstrated experience on Australian infrastructure/engineering projects -Road Designers: Detailed and concept road design, CAD/BIM modelling, urban and rural alignments, design compliance. -Ability to work flexibly (remotely and/or on-site as required).
