Tasks

-Follow all safety protocols and support the installation team -Ensure job site is clean and orderly -Assemble and install solar modules, racking, and electrical components -Perform basic AC/DC wiring for solar systems -Attend training on products, installation, and safety procedures -Maintain tools and promote safety and environmental best practices -Monitor system performance and address hazards or necessary adjustments -Install, repair, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances

What You Bring

-Capable of climbing ladders and stairs -OSHA 10 or 30 required -Able to work in extreme weather conditions -3+ years of electrical experience -Valid driver’s license -Solar experience (residential) preferred -Must have own tools -Comfortable working on pitched roofs and at heights -Skilled in safely terminating live wires and performing service upgrades
